Frequently Asked Questions
When can a headstone be installed after burial?
Most cemeteries recommend waiting at least 6 months after a burial to allow the ground to settle. For cremation plots, installation is often possible sooner. We’ll advise you based on the location and type of memorial.
How long does it take to make a memorial?
This depends on the style, material and any customisation. Most standard memorials take between 8–12 weeks from order to installation. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you place your order.
What materials are available?
We offer a wide range of granite and natural stone options in various colours and finishes. All materials are chosen for durability and appearance, and we can guide you through the best options for your chosen design and budget.
Do I need permission to install a headstone?
Yes, approval is needed from the local authority, cemetery, church or crematorium. Don’t worry, we’ll handle all applications and paperwork on your behalf.
Can you match an existing family memorial?
In many cases, yes. If you’d like a new headstone to match an existing one, we’ll work closely with you to replicate the style, stone and inscription as closely as possible.
Can I add an inscription later?
Absolutely. We offer additional inscriptions and can add names, dates or wording to an existing memorial when needed, whether we supplied the original or not.
